Podcast with Retired Judge Darrell White on Acknowledging God in the Public Arena

Topic: Is It Constitutional to Acknowledge God in the Public Arena?

Does the Constitution prohibit the public acknowledgement of God? Today’s secularists say it does, and they even go to court to try and prevent religious references by our public officials. Recently, some courts have voted against the Ten Commandments from being allowed to be posted in schools. Meanwhile, Texas legislators are promoting a bill (now signed by the governor) for that state to allow the Decalogue to be posted in Texas classrooms. What is constitutionally allowed? Retired Judge Darrell White, founder and director of the American Judicial Alliance, joins Jerry Newcombe to unpack all these things for us.  www.ajatoday.com
