The Constitution declares that the goals of the federal government include to “insure domestic tranquility” and to “provide for the common defense.” Of course, within the military there is a chain of command. About a month ago, there was a viral video where some politicians encouraged military members to NOT obey unlawful orders. These politicians, which included a couple of senators, had previously served in the military. These politicians were sometimes called “the seditious 6.” As can be imagined, this did not play well to the administration and the Department of War. To discuss these things is the Honorable Lt. Col. Allen West, who served his country on the battlefield and on the battlefield, if you will, in the halls of Congress.
