The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were based on natural law. For example, the Declaration refers to the laws of nature and of nature’s God. Ultimately, there was a Biblical view of gender and sexuality. But if we fast forward to today we see critical theory (which is really a Marxist worldview, which begins with the assumption there is no God, has made incredible inroads in our society.
