One of the beauties of our republic is the way the founders have empowered “we the people.” In our Constitution, we see far more emphasis is spent on the LEGISLATIVE branch than the other 2 branches of government. Why? Because the legislative branch is closer to the people. Well, soon we will see the battle for Control of Congress. A recent article by the American Family Association (the AFA), to which we’ll link, is entitled, “Historic redistricting battle reshapes midterm elections: Control of Congress in contention.” Walker Wildmon is the Chief Executive Officer of AFA Action, the governmental affairs affiliate of American Family Association.
