No More “City on a Hill”?

A little known tension between England and her North American colonies was the plan to nullify the colonies’ charters. As this video shows, this would have meant that all the sacrifices of the Pilgrims, Puritans, Quakers, and others to create a “City on a Hill” in the New World would have been dashed to pieces.
