Topic: The Shroud of Turin.

In the colonial days, there was a common practice in the Anglican churches to have printed up in large words the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Ten Commandments. This panel on the walls even has a name for it—a reredos. Included in the Apostles’ Creed is the line about Jesus rising from the dead. The resurrection of Jesus from the dead is the cornerstone of historic Christianity. Is it possible—and I think it is—that there is scientific evidence for Jesus? I refer to the Shroud of Turin, a 14 by 3 foot linen cloth that is believed by many to have been the actual burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth. There’s a new intriguing documentary by Robert Orlando—an award-winning writer, filmmaker, and director—is called “The Shroud: Face to Face.” He also wrote a companion book on the Shroud with the same title.
