Podcast with Darrell White on Ten Commandments Ruling
Topic: Ten Commandments Ruling.
There’s a battle surrounding the Ten Commandments in the schools today—even in the conservative state of Louisiana. Just recently, Fox News reports: “A federal appeals court cleared the way…for a Louisiana law requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in public school classrooms, lifting a lower court block and reigniting debate over religion in public education.” One comment from Judge Darrell White of the state of Louisiana, said, “Louisiana’s new 10 Commandments Law follows in the fine tradition of the majestic ‘Judicial Oath’ (28 USC 453) that dates back to 1789 and necessarily concludes ‘so help me, God.’ Every justice of the United States Supreme Court has taken that Oath before God.” Darrell White joins Jerry Newcombe to discuss Louisiana’s Ten Commandments Law. www.ajatoday.com
