The right to life is America’s (really, humanity’s) most basic right, as spelled out in the Declaration of Independence—our national birth certificate. Yet abortion undermines that right. There is progress, and there is regress in the pro-life movement. Recently, a pro-life bill was passed in West Virginia, regulating chemical abortions. Then the left sued to block it from going into effect. But now a panel of 2-1 on the 4th Circuit of Appeals ruled in favor of the pro-life law. This is significant news to one of the great pro-life leaders of our time, Frank Pavone, the founder and leader of Priests for Life.
