We celebrate America at 250 this year because we celebrate the 250^th anniversary of July 4, 1776, when, by voice-vote, 56 men of the Second Continental Congress adopted the final wording of the Declaration of Independence. Just in time for this 250^th anniversary comes a new book, Declaring Liberty: Is the Declaration of Independence Relevant Today? Dr. Paul Jehle is the president of Plymouth Rock Foundation. He spoke recently at Regent University for their series on The American Miracle-250 Years of the Declaration of Independence.
