For example, John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” But today, it seems like if you’re too religious and too moral, you just might run afoul of the Southern Poverty Law Center (the SPLC) centered in Montgomery, AL.
