The right to life is America’s (really, humanity’s) most basic right, as spelled out in the Declaration of Independence—our national birth certificate. Yet abortion undermines that right. There is progress and there is regress in the pro-life movement. How are we doing overall? One of the pro-life leaders of our time is Frank Pavone, the founder and leader of Priests for Life. Recently, in Washington, DC, on the eve of President Trump’s inauguration, Tony Perkins and the Family Research Council organized a prayer meeting with many various Christian leaders throughout the country to pray for the nation.
